Your "Idea Data" remains your property. IdeaSignal claims no ownership over the concepts you validate. However:
The analysis logic, platform UI, and "Signal Engine" architecture are the exclusive property of IdeaSignal.
Publicly shared reports (via Slug) are accessible to anyone with the link.
03. ACCEPTABLE_USE
Users must not:
- Attempt to "jailbreak" or reverse-engineer the forensic logic.
- Use the service for illicit market manipulation or spam generation.
- Scrape IdeaSignal's proprietary database of market gaps.
04. TERMINATION_PROTOCOL
IdeaSignal reserves the right to suspend access to any user found violating the Acceptable Use policy or attempting to breach the system's security integrity.
